NodeAxe Inc., a New York corporation (“NodeAxe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides hardware, software-related resources, educational materials, research and development projects, and Bitcoin infrastructure products and services. The information and materials available through this website are subject to the following disclaimer.
Educational and Informational Purposes
Content provided through the NodeAxe website, documentation, guides, tutorials, demonstrations, dashboards, educational materials, and other resources is intended for general informational and educational purposes.
Nothing provided by NodeAxe constitutes financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. References to Bitcoin, digital assets, mining, mining rewards, network activity, profitability, or related technologies should not be interpreted as a recommendation to purchase, sell, hold, mine, or otherwise transact in any digital asset.
Bitcoin Mining and Mining Results
Bitcoin mining involves substantial uncertainty. Mining performance and results depend on factors outside NodeAxe’s control, including network difficulty, Bitcoin price, transaction fees, mining pool performance, hardware configuration, electricity costs, connectivity, latency, temperature, cooling, uptime, and changes to the Bitcoin network.
NodeAxe does not guarantee mining profitability, mining rewards, block discovery, return on investment, or any particular amount of Bitcoin or other compensation from mining hardware, software, or services.
Hashrate, power consumption, efficiency, probability, profitability, earnings, and other performance figures displayed or discussed by NodeAxe may represent estimates, examples, targets, historical observations, or measurements obtained under particular conditions. Actual results may vary.
Solo Mining
Solo Bitcoin mining is probabilistic. Operating or purchasing mining hardware does not guarantee discovery of a Bitcoin block.
Probability calculations, dashboards, demonstrations, examples, or discussions concerning solo mining are informational and are not predictions or guarantees of future results.
Hardware, DIY Projects and Modifications
NodeAxe products and educational content may involve assembling, configuring, modifying, repairing, operating, or experimenting with electronic equipment.
These activities may involve risks including electrical shock, heat, fire, equipment damage, component failure, data loss, or personal injury if performed improperly.
Users are responsible for determining whether they possess the appropriate knowledge, tools, electrical capacity, ventilation, environment, and safety equipment before undertaking any project or modification.
Modification, overclocking, alternative firmware, custom cooling, power-supply modification, soldering, 3D-printed components, or other nonstandard configurations may affect product performance, reliability, safety, and warranty coverage.
Nodes, Self-Hosting and Digital Assets
Operating Bitcoin nodes, servers, Lightning infrastructure, wallets, payment systems, or other self-hosted services requires appropriate security, backup, networking, and system-administration practices.
Users are responsible for protecting their systems, passwords, credentials, private keys, seed phrases, wallets, backups, and network environments.
NodeAxe will never require a Bitcoin private key or wallet seed phrase to provide ordinary product support.
Loss or disclosure of private keys or seed phrases may result in permanent loss of access to digital assets.
Open-Source and Third-Party Technology
NodeAxe products may incorporate, interact with, support, or reference open-source software, protocols, hardware projects, mining pools, operating systems, wallets, payment software, and other third-party technologies.
Those projects remain subject to their respective licenses, terms, policies, and development communities.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, reference to a third-party product or project does not imply sponsorship, affiliation, certification, partnership, or endorsement.
Bitcoin is a decentralized open-source network and is not owned or controlled by NodeAxe.
NodeAxe Labs and Experimental Projects
Products, prototypes, concepts, demonstrations, software, hardware, dashboards, payment systems, heat-reuse systems, mining configurations, and other projects identified as NodeAxe Labs, R&D, experimental, prototype, beta, in development, or similar terminology may be incomplete and subject to substantial change.
A development project may never become a commercial product.
Information regarding projects under development does not constitute a commitment to provide any particular feature, specification, price, product, or release date.
Merchant, Commerce and Payment Infrastructure
NodeAxe may develop, install, demonstrate, integrate, or support Bitcoin payment, merchant, point-of-sale, node, and related commerce infrastructure.
Merchants and users remain responsible for determining and complying with applicable laws, regulations, accounting requirements, tax obligations, licensing requirements, consumer-protection requirements, and other obligations applicable to their businesses and transactions.
NodeAxe does not guarantee the availability, confirmation time, exchange value, acceptance, or final disposition of any Bitcoin transaction or third-party payment service.
Product Information
NodeAxe makes reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. Components, specifications, appearance, firmware, packaging, accessories, and other characteristics may change as products and underlying open-source projects evolve.
Photographs, renderings, and demonstrations may show prototypes, development equipment, optional accessories, or illustrative environments that are not included with a purchased product.
External Systems
Bitcoin networks, mining pools, third-party software, APIs, Internet services, repositories, and other external systems may experience outages, changes, discontinuation, security incidents, or incompatibilities outside NodeAxe’s control.
NodeAxe cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or continuing compatibility with third-party systems.
Assumption of Responsibility
By using NodeAxe products, services, documentation, software-related resources, educational materials, or project information, you acknowledge that mining, electronics, self-hosting, digital assets, open-source software, and experimental technologies involve risks.
You are responsible for evaluating those risks and determining whether a product, configuration, project, or activity is appropriate for your circumstances.
Changes
NodeAxe may update this Disclaimer as our products, services, projects, and website evolve.
